She is the Founding President General/Project Coordinator of Umuada Igbo Nigeria and responsible for project formulation, implementation, decisions as well as financial and administrative management functions. She manages the project executed by the Association or in partnership with or matched with some donor agencies funding. Skills/attributes/background: Computer literate, women equality mobilizer, motivational thinker and orator, counselor, human rights activist who championed the eradication of high rate of rape by young boys of 17 – 25 years old that raped old women of 60 – 80 years at Opi in Nsukka Enugu State in collaboration with Enugu State House of Assembly. Also in collaboration with IPAS under her Presidency carried out "Train the trainers workshops/rallies" on Family Planning, Reproductive Health and Rights annually during August meetings and other periods in various states in Nigeria and over one hundred and thirty thousand persons have benefited from the project. She holds LLB (Hons), of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Ph.D (Honoris Causa) in Communication, Arts & Public Administration by Institute of Journalism, Management & Continuing Education in affiliation with California Christian University USA 2001. Lolo Kate Ezeofor founded various organizations and held many leadership positions. She is an erudite, prolific writer and publisher. She has undergone several capacity building and executive refresher courses including one organized by IPAS, an international donor agency   from 2010 to 2012. On September 9, 2014, she was invited by the President United Nations General Assembly to attend and participate in Panel discussions on: “The role and contributions of women and youth to the Culture of Peace”, and “Global citizenship as a pathway to the Culture of Peace”, at the General Assembly United Nations New York, USA. She attended and participated at the meeting at the General Assembly of the United Nations. She has received several awards and accolades including Certificate of Congressional Recognition and the President’s Volunteer Service Award of the President Council on Service and Civic Participation Washington DC, USA, in recognition and appreciation of her Commitment to Strengthening and making difference through volunteer Service worldwide - July 24, 2010; Certificate of Special Recognition of the Congressman Steve Israel New York USA for her work in helping to improve the quality of life for long Island and its residents, and creating a healthier community – October 25, 2012 and Certificate of Appreciation of Suffolk County Executive Steven Bellone in recognition of her Excellence in community Leadership Award – October 25, 2012. She was given a Chieftaincy title of cabinet rank – Chinenye Ugo of Akpo by H.R.H. Igwe Arc. Jonathan Okpalaezecha Nnam Oshimiri II of Akpo Dec 2011. She speaks English, Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba languages. She is married to Ichie L.M.E Ezeofor - Honorable Bencher, Legal Practitioner with Six (6) Children and many grand children
